Oily skin is a common problem faced by many people. Exercise is another thing that can be hard to get kids to do if you tell them it is exercise. Again creativity is key. To get your kids to run around tell them to play tag. A great variation of tag is flashlight tag. Flashlight tag is played at night. You allow the kids to run from one kid who has the flashlight and tries to shine it on all the other children. If a child is hit by the light they must freeze. Once all of the children are frozen the last one becomes it. Remember that kids only want to have fun. If you can make exercise fun they will want to do it. So, get creative and join in on the activities. Exercise is good for you too.

It’s not that hard. Really, it isn’t. You can start by making small changes to your routine. Instead of going to a buffet, try doing takeout. Most people tend to not eat nearly as much when they have to pay for their food by the pound, versus a buffet where you pay a set rate and indulge in as much food as you like.
Another nice trick is to pack a lunch. Sure, it’s not the most conventional thing in the world, but at least you’ll know exactly what you are eating, and how much. But if you must dine in a restaurant, don’t hesitate to ask for nutritional information on the selection that you are interested in. If they don’t have it, it’s always safe to assume. Obviously a salad would be healthier than deep fried chicken, so try to use common sense when it comes down to assuming. But never assume that something such as a salad is healthy, just because it’s a salad. There is a very good chance that when you load it down with ranch dressing, that it is no longer as healthy for you. Try something lighter, or if you can handle it, eat it with no dressing at all. Yikes!
One last technique you can try, isn’t really a technique at all. Avoid fast food at all costs! There is usually nothing of any nutritional value at any fast food establishment. Although you may pay a bit more eating at a dine in restaurant, or eating healthy, you’ll thank yourself later when the people who chose to eat fast food, have strokes or heart attacks. I’m willing to bet that at least 3 of them can be caused by poor diet, and quite a few others would be solved by putting on a pair of newton running shoes every once in awhile and going for a bit of a jog round the neighborhood.
