Pomegranate is rich in properties that enhance the beauty of the skin. It has antioxidants and ellagic acid which helps to destroy the dead cells in the skin and radiates your skin like bright lace fabrics. The omega 5 fatty acid and the punicic acid in the pomegranate seed oil are effective in proliferation and cell regeneration. This delays the process of aging.

When we consume pomegranate fruit or juice it provides us with great health benefits. But for skin care the mixture of pomegranate should be applied on the skin. Many cosmetic products are made by the extract of pomegranate juice or oil. Pomegranate helps to prevent acne. Acne is caused due to hormonal imbalance or digestive problems.
