Fruitful step to beauty

We are living in a world where beauty and glamorous life is highly adored. Every day you can watch in television, reviews about people who do various things to make themselves beautiful and glamorous. Most of the advertisements are about products that can beautify your looks and physic. Cosmetics of all kinds may it be a bathing soap or face wash, hair color or gel, skin beautifying cream or hair remover etc all are the most integral part of edifying the beauty. The other day I was watching countdown on the most glamorous people in the world.

I have a friend she is beautiful and also very beauty conscious. She spends a lot of her time in the gym at the start of the day and then she has her breakfast and after which she goes for some salsa and belly dance classes she says it keeps her in good shape. I heard her saying recently she is starting with pole lessons shortly to get her legs in shape. One of the things that surprise me about her is that she keeps herself busy all throughout the day doing things to look good, however apart from all these activities of her she is so careful about her diet she makes sure that her diet consists of some fruits. She was giving me some tips to look good by just having fruits, each fruit gives different flavor to the beauty of a person.

Apple – keeps you cholesterol free, strawberries – plays an active role in giving grace and firmness to the skin, bananas – it gives strength to the body, papaya – this fruit is full of vitamins (E,BC and D) nourishes the skin.

I was astonished to know the list of benefits she listed I just ended up saying the best thing for me to do is to start a fruit diet.
