All you need to do is boil a pot of water. Then hold your face over the pot of steaming water with a towel over your head and shoulders. You do this for about 10 seconds. Remove the towel and allow the cool air to hit your face. Then replace the towel and hold your face back over the steam again. Repeat this a couple times for the most benefit. You can also add tea tree oil which is a natural cleanser. Once done with your facial spa, exfoliate and then moisturize.

One thing that you need to remember when you are dealing with your skin, is that you can do all of the beauty treatments that you read about, however if you do not have a healthy lifestyle you may not get the results that you want. You also need to give your skin a chance to go outside and get a sufficient amount of sun everyday, this will not only boost your Vitamin D, but it will also give you a huge boost in mood. I find the best way to lead a balanced lifestyle is to combine your daily exercise and exposure to the sun as much as you can. Give it a try, and if you discover that running outside isn’t really for you then at least you have a reason to buy those new brooks running shoes that you couldn’t rationalize beforehand.
